At Blue Flames Design Studio, all products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at blueflamesdesignstudio@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at blueflamesdesignstudio@gmail.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after ordering.
